Roomvu and Lofty have unveiled tools to boost agent visibility in AI search, targeting a common challenge for agents in the real estate industry. Roomvu’s tool, Found, is a free platform that assesses an agent’s profile consistency and review presence across channels, providing a prioritized plan for improvement.

The tool evaluates how agents appear on Google and AI assistants, producing a channel-by-channel scorecard and assessing how AI tools describe them. Found’s recommendations include identifying conflicting profile information and highlighting review gaps.

Found is designed around the growing role of AI assistants in professional discovery, as consumers increasingly seek recommendations via AI rather than searching for a specific individual by name. The tool measures relevant signals in about 60 seconds and does not require users to log in.

Roomvu designed Found to help agents improve their visibility and reputation online. It is available for use by real estate agents, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and financial advisors.

Lofty has launched its own tool, Lofty Front, a concierge-built IDX website designed to help real estate agents convert online visitors into leads. The platform combines custom branding, live IDX listings, automated blog and social publishing, lead capture, and follow-up.

Websites can be built in less than one month, following a three-step process covering market discovery, hyperlocal site development, and launch. Each site includes dedicated pages for neighborhoods an agent serves, with content designed for Google and AI search.

Lofty’s SEO team monitors citations across various AI platforms and continuously adjusts content. The platform can connect to more than 500 MLS boards across North America and is designed to work with other technology stacks.

RealReports has unveiled a complete design overhaul and the transformation of its AI assistant, Aiden, into an agentic tool. The proptech company said the changes reflect its most significant evolution to date.

The redesigned platform combines Aiden, nationwide property intelligence, and business-building applications, built on property data covering more than 150 million U.S. properties from over 100 sources. Aiden works across those applications and connected systems, retaining context as agents move between properties and workflows.

Aiden can identify signals, recommend next steps, and prepare multi-step actions for agent review, with controls requiring approval before consequential activities. RealReports noted that the platform can connect with existing tools, including email, calendars, CRMs, cloud storage, and transaction management systems.
