Hero Homes launches Leafsong Retreat in Greater Noida

Hero Homes, the realty arm of Hero Enterprise, has launched Leafsong Retreat, a 4.5-acre residential development in Sector MU, Greater Noida. The project will offer Luxury 3 BHK residences across three towers of up to 30 storeys. Leafsong Retreat will also provide both 2- and 3-BHK units in a variety of floor plans, giving buyers flexibility to choose a layout that matches their family size and lifestyle preferences. The 130-metre road connecting Greater Noida with Greater Noida West and the Jewar area further strengthens local connectivity.

The launch marks another significant step in Hero Homes’ growing residential presence in one of NCR’s emerging growth corridors. They are developing a second project, a 17.3-acre parcel at the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, with a development potential of nearly 6 million sq. ft.

Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Homes, stated that Uttar Pradesh is an important market for Hero Homes, and Greater Noida is emerging as a key part of its residential growth story. He added that the company believes luxury today is increasingly about having the time and space to enjoy everyday life.

Leafsong Retreat has been designed around open spaces, greenery, and easier movement within the development. The project is located in Sector MU, with access to major expressways and a metro station. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, yoga room, and swimming pool. Beyond the gym and yoga studio, the clubhouse houses a dedicated Zumba and aerobics zone, a squash court, a full-service spa, and a children’s play area, while an on-site restaurant and café cater to casual dining and social gatherings. The podium’s half-Olympic-size pool is complemented by a separate children’s pool and a jacuzzi, creating layered recreation options for all ages.
