DLF Ltd intends to roll out residential developments whose sales value exceeds Rs 58,000 crore within the coming two-to-three years, and aims to introduce roughly 24 million sq ft of housing into the market as a component of its medium-term pipeline over the next period ahead.

DLF’s upcoming residential projects are tied to a broader initiative introduced during the 2024-25 fiscal year. Previously, the company announced intentions to roll out 37 million square feet of housing, projecting revenue of roughly Rs. 1,14,500 crore.

Pipeline and Recent Launches

In the last two and a half years, DLF has already introduced about 14 million square feet of residential units, with sales projections exceeding Rs. 56,000 crore. According to their most recent investor update, the remaining projects in development total around 24 million square feet, with a potential sales value surpassing Rs. 58,000 crore.

The new developments are intended to roll out gradually over the coming years, rather than all at once. The Rs. 58,000-crore estimate reflects the projected sales potential of these future projects—not the earnings DLF has already secured.

Luxury Projects in Gurugram and Mumbai

Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, stated that the company will introduce high-end residential projects in Gurugram and Mumbai during the latter half of the current financial year.

In Gurugram, DLF has already launched The Aureva, a senior living complex covering 4.17 acres and featuring 172 upscale homes. Every unit was sold, generating Rs. 1,985 crore in total. The company is also working on additional ultra-luxury housing in the area.

High-Value Sales and Market Focus

DLF’s premium project The Dahlias, located in Gurugram’s DLF Phase 5, has attracted high-end buyers. Launched in October 2024 across 17 acres, it includes 420 apartments and penthouses.

Around 275 units had been sold by September. In August, a penthouse measuring 17,200 sq. ft. in super area and 10,500 sq. ft. in carpet area was sold for Rs. 271 crore.

Financial Performance and Targets

DLF recorded sales bookings of Rs. 4,457 crore in the first half of FY27 and targets sales bookings of Rs. 20,000 crore for the year. They reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 1,301.35 crore for the July-September quarter, up around 10% compared to the same quarter last year.
