He most recently held the title of senior vice president of franchise development and mergers‑and‑acquisitions, a role he assumed in early 2024. In that capacity, ERA says he added billions in sales volume through strategic affiliations.
Before that, he served as senior vice president of global growth and operations for Anywhere Franchise Brands. His work has spanned marketing, product development, lead generation and other business‑development areas, the filing notes. Vidal’s departure and industry reaction
Vidal, who took the top post in 2023, will move on from ERA. He previously held positions as an agent and franchise vice president within Anywhere Brands before a stint at Coldwell Banker as a regional vice president.
