Mayfair Housing has launched its first project in Gujarat, the 250-acre Mayfair Polo Estate near Gandhinagar. The luxury villa development is a joint venture with 84 Investments, marking both companies’ entry into the state’s real estate market. This partnership signifies a strategic move into Gujarat’s growing property sector, leveraging Mayfair Housing’s extensive experience and 84 Investments’ expertise in real estate ventures.

The gated estate will feature 350 villas on plots ranging from 1,600 to 6,500 square yards, with a focus on equestrian and leisure amenities. A 40-acre polo precinct, clubhouse, dining outlets, and wellness facilities are planned, alongside over 50 lifestyle experiences. These amenities are designed to cater to a high-end lifestyle, offering residents a blend of luxury, recreation, and community living.

The project centers on a 40-acre equestrian precinct, including a full-size polo field, stables, and resident horses. Architect Hiren Patel of HPAD is designing the estate, blending traditional countryside elements with contemporary architecture. The design philosophy emphasizes natural materials, detailed craftsmanship, and expansive landscaped areas, creating a harmonious balance between modern living and rural charm.

The design draws inspiration from Mayfair Polo, a polo team founded in 2021 by Anay Shah, which has won 18 championship titles. Located at Aaglod, the estate is connected to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Himmatnagar, Vijapur, and Mehsana.
